Looking for The Spa Guys in Australia? You have found us.
thespaguys.com.au is the domain of The Spa Guys Australia held by Heater & Spa Parts (HASP), a 100% Australian, family-owned pool and spa parts retailer. We are based at Carrum Downs, Victoria, with warehouses in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia, and we have been supplying spa parts and pool heater parts to Australian customers for decades
Why we are called "The Spa Guys"
It is what our customers have called us for years. Our trading name is Heater & Spa Parts, but for many years the people who ring us about a failed spa pump, a heater fault, a touchpad or a filter cartridge have simply asked for "the spa guys". Trade customers, couriers and suppliers picked it up too. It is a plain description of what we do: we are the people Australians call when a spa needs a part.
So we adopted it. We registered The Spa Guys Australia as a business name with ASIC and registered the matching Australian domain, thespaguys.com.au, for three reasons:
- So Australians find an Australian supplier. Someone in Australia who searches for "the spa guys in australia" should reach a business with Australian stock, Australian warranty support and the protection of Australian Consumer Law, not an overseas site that cannot ship them a part this week.
- Because the name was already ours in practice. It was in use by our customers long before it was on a domain. Registering it simply put the name our customers use on the public record.
- Because it is honest. We stock thousands of spa and pool heater parts for dozens of brands and we have ex-manufacturer technicians on staff. "The spa guys" is a fair description of the business, not a borrowed badge.
Legitimate, good-faith use of the domain
This domain is held and used legitimately and in good faith. The Spa Guys Australia is our ASIC-registered business name and the domain is a direct match for it. The domain has only ever been used for our own Australian business, it has never been offered for sale, and it has never been used to trade on anyone else's name. It currently directs visitors to our main store at hasp.com.au. The registration can be verified on ASIC Connect or ABN Lookup.
